One of the biggest features in Sometimes Always Monsters is the ability to import a completed save file from your Always Sometimes Monsters game, and carry on your story.
We’ve taken efforts to make sure that this process is as easy as possible for all of you who’ve enjoyed the first game already. It should be as simple as a copy and paste.
All you gotta do is locate your final save file and copy it to the Sometimes Always Monsters install directory.
Once that’s done, simply start Sometimes Always Monsters and select ‘Continue’ to load your old save file. If you completed Always Sometimes Monsters, and the file is a valid continuity, you should see a confirmation screen:
Else, you will get a notice that you still haven more to see within Always Sometimes Monsters and need to complete it before you can successfully import your save state:
Hopefully that process is fairly straight-forward and you now feel ready to bring your Always Sometimes Monsters continuity into Sometimes Always Monsters on April 2nd.
